Ten students of our junior wing have bagged prizes from Camlin for the card making activity on 12th February ’19.
Babu Memorial hockey tournament All India Sub -Junior (National)
Our school hockey team as it has bagged the first position in KD Singh Babu Memorial hockey tournament ,All India Sub -Junior (National) organised at Lucknow from 28th Jan.to 2nd Feb.2019. Tushar Tyagi of IX C as he has been selected in the 16 players team among 200 players from the state Uttar Pradesh. He has bagged a gold medal and 15000 cash prize .
National French Spell Bee Competition
Utkarsha has been selected for National French Spell Bee Competition and was awarded with a gold medal and a surprise gift. Congratulations to all the winners!!
Dance Class Workshop
It was a great honour to have Master Drosha from Netherland in our master dance class workshop on 18th February 2019 in the school auditorium.

"Cleanliness is next to Godliness", Tank cleaning activity was conducted on 16th February 2019 by the housekeeping employees of our school to maintain health and hygiene in school premises.
“Ramdhun”, the favourite hymn of Gandhi ji
Observing 150th birth anniversary of Gandhi ji's life, a multi faith prayer – “Ramdhun”, the favourite hymn of Gandhi ji which was usually sung at his prayer meetings was played throughout the week in the morning assembly from 21st- 25th January 2019.

Enhancing international dimensions, educators of our school were recognised for supporting the integration of international learning in the curriculum by British Council. Our school Principal congratulated them for their efforts.
7th All India Late Shri Daulat Ram Verma
We feel proud to share that our school hockey team has bagged first position in the 7th All India Late Shri Daulat Ram Verma at Shivaji stadium, New Delhi. Govind Bisht of XI D has bagged the Best forwarder trophy in Under 17 Boys category followed by Karn Gautam of VII B with Best player of the tournament trophy (Under 15 boys ) and Priyanka of IV B bagging the promising player of the tournament in Under 15 girls category.

RYLA 2019 held at G L Bajaj Institute of Management and Technology Noida from 18th- 20th January, 2019. Our students participated in different activities like zero-kata, pithoo jor, zumba, treasure hunt, escape room, table tennis and many more.

INAUGURATION - ATAL TINKERING LAB
The inauguration of the coveted "Atal Tinkering Lab" was also a proud moment for JKGIANS. It was inaugurated by Mr. Pankaj Pandey , District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad. The lab will boost scientific innovation at the school. It is equipped with 'Do it yourself' kits as the school is truly making all sincere efforts to create innovators for a skilled India.
EDU CARNIVAL
The much awaited JKGIS Vijay Nagar's Edu Carnival was held on 28/01/18 in the school premises keeping afloat the spirit of the school motto 'To gain knowledge, one must learn. To gain wisdom, one much experience first.'

We feel proud in sharing with everyone that our 2 students, Arsh Saifi and Shreyas of Class 7-B participated in GSF Open National Speed Skating Championship held between 5/1/18-7/1/18 at Saint Angel Ashram, Madgaon, Goa and won Gold and Bronze medals
